These granules use natural ingredients which helps to restore natural movement in the bowel. How to use It is recommended that you take between 1-2 spoonfuls, around 5-10g or granules, once a day at night, but not immediately before bedtime. You should take it at least a half-hour before taking other medications. When taking, make sure to use with a glass of water. Only take up to 3 times a week.
