The Tealweight III was based on the Hardy Featherweight reel, and this reel now forms the basis for the new, limited-edition TU Tealweight. Perfectly matched to a 3 wt or 4 wt line the TU Tealweight is an ideal reel for light trout fishing with a shorter rod. Manufactured in Alnwick England, featuring a unique serial number, hand polished mirror finish frame anodized a deep Teal green, and a satin silver finished spool, the cosmetic appeal of the Tealweight is unmatched in classic style click check reels. The reel is fitted with an adjustable click check, 3 screw latch cover, hand polished Nickle silver single screw line guard, polished brass handle post and is engraved with the TU “Trout” logo.
